Cookies

Cookies are small data packages stored on your device. This website does not set any cookies without your consent. We store your selection from the cookie notice in your browser’s local storage so that we do not have to ask again on every page view (Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).

We only load Google Analytics and Google Ads once you have consented to the respective category (Statistics or Marketing). Without consent, no connection to Google is established. You can change or withdraw your selection at any time via the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.

Server Log Files

The provider of these pages automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Referrer URL
  • Hostname of the accessing computer
  • Time of the server request
  • IP address

Contact Form

If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact details you provided, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not share this data without your consent.

Together with your inquiry, we transmit the page through which you entered our website, the page from which you submitted the form, the name of the referring website and campaign parameters from the link you opened (UTM parameters), if any. This allows us to attribute inquiries. This information is not stored on your device. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your inquiry is aimed at a contract, and otherwise our legitimate interest in handling the inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). To protect against automated submissions, we also check how quickly the form was filled in.

5. Plugins and Tools

Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service of Google Ireland Limited ("Google"), Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We only use Google Analytics if you have consented to the "Statistics" category in the cookie notice. The legal basis is your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG. You can withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

Google Analytics sets cookies and records, among other things, the pages viewed, the time spent, the approximate origin (region), browser and device information, the referring source and the events that an inquiry form was started or submitted or that a phone number or email address was clicked. The content of your inquiry is not transferred to Google. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses. The link to advertising features (Google Signals) is only active if you have additionally consented to the "Marketing" category.

Google Ads conversion measurement

We run ads via Google Ads, a service of Google Ireland Limited. If you have consented to the "Marketing" category in the cookie notice, we measure whether a click on one of our ads led to an inquiry via a form. For this purpose, Google sets cookies and receives the information that an inquiry was submitted; the content of your inquiry is not transferred. We ourselves only receive aggregated reports from Google that do not allow us to identify you. The legal basis is your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Section 25(1) TDDDG, which you can withdraw at any time via the cookie settings.

Data transfer to the USA

When Google Analytics and Google Ads are used, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
