What the cost consists of

A cost framework for Ovenca has three components. The size of each component depends on your scope.

Licence: The right to use the modules you deploy: Catalog Shop, Catalog Management, Vendor Portal and Admin Area, individually or together. The scope depends on the modules and the user base.
Implementation and integration: Setting up your instance with roles, visibility rules and approvals, connecting it to your ERP through OCI punchout, cXML or API, and importing catalogs as CSV, Excel or BMEcat.
Operation: Ongoing operation of the instance. On-premise, your IT runs it. In the private cloud, Onveda operates a separate instance in a data centre in the EU.

Ovenca is not a supplier network. Your suppliers pay no network fees.

Five drivers determine the cost framework. The more precise your details are, the more reliable it becomes.

Compliance and audit	Roles and permissions, audit trail, data processing under GDPR, single sign-on and multi-factor authentication.	Internal policies for orders and approvals, requirements from internal audit and data protection.

The operating model determines which part of operation sits with your IT and which part is included in the cost framework from Onveda.

Orders of magnitude are sufficient for a cost framework. Exact figures are only needed for a binding quote.
